Jay Z, still the man.
I loved this song from the second I heard the title. I didn’t even need to hear it, I just knew that I fell in love with Jay Z all over again just for putting out this song and addressing the auto-tune-vomit-inducing-trend in music. He put out a nice video for it too. Blowing up bling and Cristal… if it’s Jay that helps usher out the clown-ish-ness of hip-hop and brings it back to the good shit, then more power to him! Style wise, I got a little nervous that he would try to be “streetwear thug” in the video, and thank goodness, he didn’t. Jay does it as every single man on the Planet should do it. Dressed in all black, no labels, no logos, no Skittles colors, no loud sneakers… he is dressed like a grown ass man with a shit ton of money and some style. OOOOOO WEEEE, do I love this look. He shows he’s the Godfather of this game, always has been, always will be…
And, uh, can we just talk about how FINE Harvey Keitel is for an old dude? He will always remain on my Top 10 list. He just oozes BADDASS out of every single pore on his body. He better not let me catch him tipsy at a Hollywood bar…. I’m just sayin….
PS- this is Jenn, obviously. Travis is more of a Pacino man than a Keitel man…
Duh.

NYHH is the world’s best hip-hop. It has edges. California went and smoked all the edges off their rap.
